I met Grandma and took her for coffee. She promptly started feeling severe back pains. We went back to her residence and Vero came over. When the pains continued, we had the nurse refer her to a hospital. We drove grandma to the emergency room, where we spent the rest of the morning. Eventually we left Grandma in the care of the cardiology department and went for lunch at the nearby Souplantation, and then off to the beach for a little while.
